We all know candy is great to eat, but did you know how much fun it is to play with?  We used some of our Halloween candy this year to make play dough sculptures!

Fun Kids Activity--Make Play Dough and Candy Sculptures!

Playing and creating with play dough is a great after school activity for big kids too!  Many times we only think to get it out for the little ones, but there are so many benefits to getting it out with your older kids also. That makes it a great activity for siblings to do together…especially when you add candy to the fun!

Candy and Play Dough Fun!

Play with play dough is a great open ended activity that gives kids a break from “thinking” and lets them just enjoy being creative.  Throwing in some candy keeps them (and you!) from eating all that sugar and gives an old activity a new twist.

Use leftover candy for play dough sculptures!

Love this idea, Megan! We have some gingerbread play dough right now, too, that would be perfect for this activity!
