Add an orange area to the parrot to create the bird’s bill.  Wash your child’s hands and then use the red paint to make a print of three fingers for a bottom wing.  Press these fingers onto the parrot print right under the yellow part of the handprint.

Using a paint brush, have your child paint a branch with the brown paint.  Allow the paint to dry completely.  Use the permanent marker to outline the whole bird and add the details to the parrot’s bill.  Draw an eye and you’re done.

Be sure to add your child’s name and the date to make this keepsake art one that you’ll always remember!
