How to Make Window Paint! 2 Ingredient Recipe that Cleans Up Easily!

Window Paint Recipe:

  • washable tempera paint
  • dish soap

The second ingredient is soap, don’t you feel better about trying it already?

Easy Window Painting Recipe

Squirt some paint some paint into a container and add the dish soap. The ratio is about 2/3 paint to 1/3 dish soap. I used 3 squirts of dish soap with this amount of paint.

Use a paint brush to mix the paint and soap together and you’re ready to paint. I put down a vinyl tablecloth on our wood floor under the window to catch any stray drips.

You can also paint outdoors on the outside of the windows if the thought of painting windows in your house is anxiety inducing. Then all you need to do is hose everyone off!

Can I leave the painting for long periods of time and still be able to remove it? Looking for Halloween ideas.
