  • hole punch (like this one)
  • Short A Vowel Sound Word Sort Cards
  • Short E and I Vowel Sound Word Sort Cards
  • Short O and U Vowel Sound Word Sort Cards

Word Family Busy Bag Perfect for Kindergarten Kids!

The word family sort busy bag is simple to put together! Print the short vowel sound word cards out and cut them to fit into your tray.

Then use the hole punch to punch out a bunch of colored circles and write words from those word families on them. Mix them up and then let your child play! The object is to sort them into the correct spot.
