Counting from 1 to 10 made fun–with these ocean count and clip cards!

Counting, number identification, and one to one correspondence are all skills that kids need to practice again and again. But that practice doesn’t have to be boring! Using hands on activities to work on early math skills keeps kids engaged and makes practicing fun.

Laminate the cards and add some clothespins to turn these ocean count and clip cards into an easy preschool busy bag. Keep your kids learning and entertained when you’re on the go or waiting for an appointment.

Ocean printables are just the thing for summer learning so print these today!

Printable Ocean Count and Clip Cards

These are great for counting practice and can easily be used over and over again!

Supplies Needed:

  • Ocean Count and Clip cards
  • card stock or white paper
  • clothespins or markers
  • laminator or clear contact paper (optional)

How to Prep the Ocean Counting Activity:

Download the free printable (below) and print on card stock or regular paper. Cut the cards apart and laminate them to make them reusable. If you don’t have a laminator you can cover them in clear contact paper to make them more durable.

Then it’s time to play!

Kids use clothespins to clip over the correct number. They can also use markers to mark down the answers if they find that more fun. When they’re done the set can be stored in a resealable plastic bag to play with another day.

Hey I have a question, are the ocean count and clip cards printable? I am able to save them but not print them – just curious cuz it would be great if they were printable 🙂
