Sunflowers are such pretty flowers! They are so big, bright, and sure to bring a smile. This sunflower craft is perfect for this time of year. If you’ve grown a few sunflower seeds in your yard, they are super tall and probably starting to topple over by now. Kids will love to stamp this sunflower and create their own!

Sunflower Craft for Kids
We started with a paper tube, yellow paint, and a paintbrush. Snip the ends of the paper tube just an inch in towards the center. Older children could do this part of the craft, or younger kids (with assistance) could work on some scissor skills. Cutting through the cardboard of the paper tube is great resistance for scissor control.
Once the cardboard tube is snipped, we painted the outside flaps a bright yellow color. Baby Girl loves all thins painting. This was right up her ally!
Stamp the wet paint onto white paper.
