Printable Monster Play Dough Mats
Supplies needed:
- play dough (homemade or store bought is fine)
- free printable monster play dough mats (download below)
- extras like googly eyes, pipe cleaners, bead, gems, straws, etc
- laminator or contact paper or page protectors
- large resealable bag
Play with Monster Play Dough Mats
Download and print the free printable monster play dough mats (see link below) and laminate them in some way.
You can use a laminator to laminate the pages or send them to a print center to be laminated for the most durable result, but that’s not the only way to keep them from tearing.
You can also cover the pages with clear contact paper or even stick them in clear page protectors in a pinch.
Once the play dough mats are protected it’s time for the kids to play! Set them out with different color play dough and some fun add ins they can use to create their own monsters. When they are done playing all of the supplies can be store in a large plastic bag for another day.

Make Your Own Play Dough

Use this basic white one and color it with any colors you like!
This recipe makes a big batch of play dough. If you don’t want white only you can split it into three sections and make three different colors using food coloring or water colors.
